Their story, in their words…
Throughout our trip to Lake District in early August we had so much fun and made so many memories together. We completed several days of travel and hiking and camped around different lakes overnight.
Throughout our hike we experienced many ups and downs, but overall managed to overcome challenges together, however we did have to finish our adventure slightly before schedule due to a really heavy rainstorm that our equipment wasn’t prepared for and that created concerns for our safety. Due to this we managed to adapt our route to allow us to get home safely.
Overall the experience was amazing, we all had a great time and learned from the experience. It was a great pleasure to be able to raise money for Mark Evison and Hatzola as we believe strongly in both their causes.
