Their story, in their words…..
We planned a cycling project for our project to Brighton that was 65 miles away from where we began, we started training for this 3 weeks ago, we would go out to cycle to places about 20-30 miles away every morning at 4 am to see if we could cope with it. At first, we found it really hard, but we got used to the duration of the procedures by the end of our sessions. For the big day, we got all our supplies in time, which took a lot of equipment and awareness. The weather was pretty good on a Saturday, but when we left to meet it was 3 am, which was very dark, but along the way we picked up some pace,As we practised that route, the first 30 miles were very easy, but after that area we got quite tired as the route was redirected to a country road with a lot of ups and downs, so it got quite very difficult, after about 50 miles we were basically dead and on the verge of giving up, but after coming all this way we couldn’t give up so we pushed ourselves for the last 10-15 miles.
