Their story, in their words…
The four of us hiked for five days in snowdonia whilst carrying all of the food and equipment we would need to camp for the duration of the walk. We walked a total of 56.5km and climbed three mountains (moel gid, siabod and y foel goch) across the journey.
We bonded as a group as we supported each other to finish this challenging hike, and by the end of it we were all much more resilient to face challenges. The hike not only brought us closer to one another, but also closer to nature, as hilights of our trip definitely included stargazing without light pollution and seeing the stunning natural scenery from atop mountains and along our route!
We are all very proud of our achievements, and will definitely go hiking again.
