how to apply
/ The Mark Evison General Award
Entries must include the following elements:
- Evidence of detailed thought, creativity and planning
- Contact details
- 100 word (maximum) Plain English summary of the project
- 1000 words (maximum) Plain English outline of project, to include details of previous experience, preparation and a clear time frame
- Two 300-word references from prominent people who knows the candidate and levels of experience well, and who is familiar with the application.
- A brief CV of no more than one side of A4 (font size point 12), as a hard copy and also an electronic copy
The deadline for the submission is 31 July 2010. The original application plus a hard copy, should be sent to the Mark Evison Foundation, 118 Court Lane London SE21 7EA, with the two references: an electronic copy of the submission and the CV should be sent to info@markevisonfoundation.org .
Due to the expected volume of interest in this award, entries will be short listed prior to the final decisions being made by the interview panel.
Short-listed entrants will be asked to:
- Provide a high-resolution digital photograph of themselves for publicity purposes
- Attend a prize giving event

Winners of the Award will be expected to make themselves available for media opportunities that may arise following the announcement of the Award. The Foundation will provide support with media enquiries as required. In addition winners of the Award may be invited to attend events to help promote the award to other potential applicants.
